Try this scenario for size;-
Over the coming seasons Moshiri puts together the finance to get our iconic stadium going. Meanwhile , with prudent investment and management, Everton displace or vie with Arsenal in the top six. Increasingly angry Arsenal fans step up the intensity of protest in favour of Usmanov. Things become increasingly unpleasant for Kroenke and his cronies. Worse still the revenue stream that is Arsenal becomes disrupted. Kroenke realises he has to invest serious money to repair the damage, or take Usmanov's lucrative offer. He cedes to Usmanov. That's business.
With Usmanov in control of Arsenal, the authorities raise serious concerns over the degree of separation with Moshiri. They quibble. Moshiri sadly admits defeat. Kenwright , either by utilising the increased value of his shares buys Moshiri out ,or by using a Green placeman like Earle or a combination of both, resumes full control of Everton with Elstone still his right hand man.
Hey presto , Kenwright has built a flash new stadium thanks to the investor/enabler he always sought as opposed to a buyer.
Strangely , his lack of intelligence and financial acumen didn't prevent him becoming owner of Everton.P
Only one slight problem here.
You are giving Kenwright a level of intelligence and financial acumen which he has never once displayed in his lifetime.

If anyone thinks Moshiri is going to be outsmarted by Bill then think again.Plus its never too late to learn !!!
Hanging around with Moshiri and getting a little bit of direction and guidance off him and his pals....................................
And bringing us on an ever downward spiral.Strangely , his lack of intelligence and financial acumen didn't prevent him becoming owner of Everton.
The fact that we also have Suntan Bob as CEO also proves that the chuckle brothers could have ran Everton.Strangely , his lack of intelligence and financial acumen didn't prevent him becoming owner of Everton.
In this scenario Moshiri (and Usmanov) , may well make some money. But that is not their primary motivation, which is to exert pressure on Kroenke. They will return control to Bill by mutual consent, both parties having achieved their respective aims.If anyone thinks Moshiri is going to be outsmarted by Bill then think again.
If Moshiri does sell it'll be to the highest cash bidder and that won't be Bill

When has Kronke ever taken a blind bit of notice of fans opinions , either here or in the statesP

Are you talking about the self made millionaire Bill Kenwright?P

Well he has never shown Everton any signs that he is a millionaire. Are you talking about the self made millionaire Bill Kenwright?
If those opinions begin to affect the performance and financial value of the club he will have to take notice. When has Kronke ever taken a blind bit of notice of fans opinions , either here or in the states
Long? This impasse has already lasted some time. Expensive? It may yield them a profit. It seems an awful long and expensive way to gain control from someone who has stated that he has no intention of leaving Arsenal and has used Arsenal as a guarantee for a new stadium.
Surely given their financial background they could have devised an alternative plan
Agree with you on that.If those opinions begin to affect the performance and financial value of the club he will have to take notice.
