Just commenting on the fact that our fans seem to have this massive downer on us. For the first time in years we are in a position to actually spend some money and attract top players yet all I am hearing is stuff like "Oh Van Dijk wouldn't come to us, we may as well sign Ben Gibson instead" etc.

TBH the media last week the contract forms had been written by Chelsea for Lukaku - this week he is linked to unt who may not get champions league football?
Now it's turned on to RB - RK stated the obvious if RB is in his last year , and wants his move we cannot let him got for a free the season after!
Our club should have tied up Ross on a new contract down at the beginning of the season imo!

Ultimately Ross will decide whether he wants to stay and be part of the future of Everton or whether he wants to try and further his career elsewhere.

I'm concerned at the conflicting reports, Walsh says we haven't offered him a deal yet but Koeman says he needs to sign one? Surely it's one or the other?

I think it's the language issue doesn't look to me like he has been offered one.

He has been a guest of Man City on numerous occasions & strong rumours on another forum that they definitely want him.

Koeman deserves so much credit for the job he has done here & is a massive part in barkleys form but probably has also been apart of the current situation we find ourselves in.

Moshiri just needs to get involved & sort it if it means paying him the extra then pay it I don't care.

if he goes it so poor it's a baines to united moment we need to make a stand & show we are a big club.
