Horse Racing

...I am going Matey. Going for a breakfast myself. Not a tip from me but a few of the popular tipsters have gone for Raven's Tower in the Red Rum (Priceswise, Paul Kealy and Ben Linfoot). I think you have to back a few in the Foxhunters, I had Dineur at 50-1 last year so have had to back him again.

The last 3 are the only decent betting races. Just go with what you fancy. I'm in the Queen Mother Stand.

Good luck.
Cheers mate. You too.

Think we're in Earl of Derby so you'll see me walking past on the lookout for better prices in Tatts. I'll be the one with a big smile on my face, hooefully.

First year in 6 I have not been to the Thursday meeting at Aintree. One of my favourite days out of the year too.

Had a look at the card, backed Top Notch at Cheltenham so will do that in a double with Cue Card I think today.

..it's not a tip but I backed Drops of Jupiter at 28-1 in the bumper this morning and it looks like it's getting seriously backed. Noel Fehily is an interesting jockey booking and I watched a few of its races in Ireland yesterday. Somebody must like it.

Around 16/1 now. Could be a good shout. Looks a very open race.

I know absolutely nothing about horse racing, just put a fiver on One For Arthur in the National. Can anyone tell me if that has any hope whatsoever? I'm fully expecting to find out the horse has 3 legs or the jockey is blind or something.

Well done mate, I bet that's made your day!

Thanks mate, £5 on that at 20/1

..daft as it sounds, I never back a horse with red in its name. I'm on a few at fancy prices already, the shortest price I have is 20-1 on Blaklion. I'm going on Thursday so looking forward to seeing the declarations. The Foxhunter is interesting, I was all over Dineur last year @ 50-1 and it led over the last only to be collared by the short priced favourite on the run in. Dineur is currently declared.

.....so chuffed some of you followed me in over Dineur. I posted this some weeks ago but I don't like advertising my own fancies because they aren't tips. I went with a few mates and they all backed it and we had the forecast between us which paid 99-1.

I only really backed in the last 3 races and had 2 big priced winners. Hope @Barnfred 55 backed Dineur. Great day.
