I stated when he first arrived that his twitter account needed shutting down because he'd embarrass the club. The last 24 hours have underlined that in spades.

He's like an out of control Trump. Someone please stop him. It's the most un-Everton thing imaginable. He just doesn't get the organisation.

Other than his IMO unecessary tweet re the McCarthy situation I think his tweets and whole handling of the media are great.

Much better than Roberto whose hyperbole and unwillness to acknowledge his teams flaws didn't help us IMO

And his antics are there to be criticised. I really wanted this feller to be a good man (I actually requested we get him in if we needed a replacement before last summer). But he;s wrong for this club. The football is hard work plus a thimble full of talent and his public persona veers between obnoxious and dour.

It just feels all wrong to me. I made a big error hoping he'd be the new manager.

How can you say our season ended when we have two HUGE games coming up?

How, as an Evertonian, can you not be excited at the prospect of closing in on the top four with wins in said games?

Do you realise the damage Martinez did to Everton? We finished 11th twice on the run. It was absolute horrendous to sit there and watch them past two seasons.

In my 20 years of watching Everton, this is one of the most enjoyable seasons I can remember. I go to Goodison thinking we can and will beat anyone.

His attitude is that of a winner. He won't accept second best, which is why he ditched the safe bet in Southampton to have a crack at this project we're st the beginning of.

If you can't take enjoyment for what is to come in the future, you'll never be happy with us. Finding a negative in everything is getting beyond tedious.

What his players must think of this I dont know. They must be wondering what sort of fantasist they're dealing with.

7th is ok it's the same as 5th which get you EL this season.
