The second one was down to a run of injuries that makes the ones we have now pale into insignificance...plus we had 10 men for the second half...plus we had a SF to prepare for three days later.

Nope. It was a perfect storm of poor fortune.

The first time we were beaten by them 4-0 I'd hold my hands up on: we went there naiveley set up to play high up the pitch and they battered us over the top.

After that match Martinez played the remainder of derbies very conservatively and it was the only fixture he did that in.

He's always got a smile on his face.

My recollections of Laughing Boy at S'ton was that he actually looked happy: smiling and joking with the media and very relaxed.

WTF happened to that feller? Where did he disappear to?

Ever since he arrived he's had a gob on him. The press conferences are grim and he's always casting round looking for a target.

Has he developed chronic piles or what?

Who else was missing besides Coleman and Jags? I'm sure we were 2 down and woeful at half time before mori went in the second half as well.

I genuinely wonder how you could enjoy Everton games with this attitude.

A perfect storm resulted in the 4-0 defeat

Lols

Thought it was the managers responsibility to utilised what's in front of you and make it work. Remind me again how many attempts they had, approaching 30 wasn't it

That will NEVER happen under Ronk in a derby m
Just Chelsea?
