I think they'll put Mane on Holgate, so keep Gueye on that side to help out. Keep the midfield 3 really tight and disciplined. Spring counter attacks with the front 3 every chance we get.

Frustrate them early on and gaps will open up.

This is the ideal 11 but it only takes Koeman to swap Schneiderlin for Barry of Mirallas for Barry and it suddenly looks a lot weaker.

This is a draw at best and we'll probably lose by at least two goals. Too many Stockholm victims still on that squad. We need more players that don't hold them and their record against us in awe. Walk the dog lads and focus on Utd which I do think we can win.

Funny thing is half the last 16 at their place have been draws, small shift in mentality changes things hugely, schneiderlin if fit, Davies, holgate/Kenny/Pennington none of those will go into this feeling we can't win. Gueye neither, Ross and Rom both seem to be playing with real fire in their bellies the past 3 months, IF the manager gets the tactics right we will win.

Now what are those tacticsxis the interesting question, common sense dictates to play like a wolves etc and sit really deep, but part of me still thinks the reason they get the results against the top teams has as much to do with the pressure being off them than any master plan of how not to play them.

No Henderson and no lallana, a coutinho and firminho who won't have their normal energy, maybe going for them and setting a real high pace could see them exposed, ho early think their legs won't have a really high tempo 90 in them, and lukaku is lethal against tiring teams late on...
