Seamus Coleman

You do realise Taylor suffered an even worse injury a couple of years back. It was just one of those things that always happens to Everton before we have important games.
A few hard 50/50 tackles going in and nobody else got injured.
oh thats all right then, he can go around with late high tackles coz he hurt himself years ago. Utter sh1thouse

To be fair to Williams I don't think he realised how bad it was. My own reaction would be to try and not have my player sent off until I saw how bad his challenge was.

But Chris Coleman clearly told them at halftime to get into them, presumably being annoyed feeling Ireland were being agressive, Bale should have gone for his tackle on O'Shea a min before the tackle.

Absolutely gutted for Seamus.

Shocking tackle. Little rat Taylor!

Typical just before two big games we get injuries.

Fingers crossed Seamus is ok n recovers as quickly as he can

From what I've seen on Twitter, that's a career ender. Hope I'm wrong, but when have players ever come back from horrific injuries and been able to perform at the same level?

Re: Williams, let's not be hasty - his mind is on the game and he might not have realised the extent of the challenge.

Carragher got a broken leg tbf and came back. If anyone for us would come back stronger and better it will be our Seamus I'm 100% convinced.

Is right, let's not get carried away with return times, surgeons are brilliant these day's but this could be career over if there is damage beyond repair.

I am out for dinner with the missus and some friends in an hour and I feel physically sick over what happened Seamus.

Weekend ruined before it started.
