On and on, over the hill and the craic is good
Does it really matter any more, busted flushRather he will be fit. He obviously aint. Will another week make any difference? Doubt it.

He Shouldn't of been there. If a player isn't playing for his club for 2-4 weeks prior to an international break, I don't see it as fair that he then has to go on international duty.Heard someone saying that McCarthy didn't pick up an injury, just that he didn't feel 100% after the warm up.
Exactly the lads a joke, happy to take our wages. I would get shut in the summer he's more trouble than he's worth with the national side. Take £15 million from a Newcastle/West Brom and run
You know where Jim McLoughlin learnt his trade![]()
The problem is though Ireland can request that he goes with the squad and then their doctors have a look at him, after looking at him they've deemed him fit.

Players also don't say no to international managers becuase they are fully aware that it may affect their chances in the future.
I think all in all international football is a complete wasteland, where has been managers ply their trade.

Its crazy that it should come down to such a lack of trust, Everton and the fitness team said he was injured, he hasn't been in the match day squad for a month. It's ridiculous that this has happened. The problem is though Ireland can request that he goes with the squad and then their doctors have a look at him, after looking at him they've deemed him fit.
Great news. It means he's fit.
90 minutes here and he's good to go for the derby.
He won't say no, I feel many players won't risk saying no as it won't reflect well on them in the future. Keane and O'neil are a pair of jokers, both failed PL managers.I agree mate, if he's not fit enough to play for us then Ireland should accept that. I mentioned it above though, Ireland can request that he go and be checked by their doctors, obviously they declared him fit enough to play, saying that though, McCarthy must have had some input as well.
