Not concerned about that at all, we have a very wealthy and clever guy at the Helm now.. Whatever is needed to deliver this "iconic state of the art venue" will be done am sure of it..

Firstly I think the plans are further along than has been indicated,capacity will rely on infastructure,access/egress
As for the CW games,I cant see how the city could handle it,your talking velodromes,pools, athlete village, plus a host of other facilities needed to stage it

I heard a combined with Manchester was a possibility...sounds sensible

I've got no doubt we'll end up with the type of stadium we want, going to be interesting how it all pans out though because you would imagine a state of the art stadium is going to cost way more than £300m, cough, cough splutter.....Usmanov, cough.
