How do you work that out? He gains the value as soon as soon as the stadium is built.Moshiri would be about 123 years old by the time he'd benefit anything.
A 60+ year old cannot act as guarantor for a 40-year loan

Ill be in my mid 80s and im sure by then it will be the least of my worries!!!
No mate, fairly sure we will own it after 40 years once the loan is repaid and any Pre-agreed nominal fee has been paidSo essentially after 40 years we wont own the ground, we have an option to lease it again from the stadium owner - the funder.
We wont own our own ground, how is everyone with that its quite a significant headline?
Juves stadium has a capacity of 41,000
and stop fuming about that 50,000, it's there abouts. facts later.
aaaaaaahhh iconic stadium at the waterfront.....time for a nice shot of rum
Who gets the revenue from the stadium too during this period?
Neither is Joe Lewis but the holding company he owns is the guarentor on the loans needed to build our new stadium.
I'm assuming this will be a Pre-agreed, nominal / pepper corn fee of something ridiculous like £1.
I've just looked at that Mayoral recommendation pdf laying out the terms of EFC involvement.I'm still trying to understand the terms, but this looks true.
It seems a huge figure for EFC to be paying LCC to guarantee the loan.
Am I right in thinking that as we are sub letting the stadium from the council, that allows a certain shareholder in another club to potentially build the stadium and have naming rights without breaching any rules???
Ha, same here mate.Ill be in my mid 80s and im sure by then it will be the least of my worries!!!
