Oh god I just turned on a stream of sky sports news from here in the USA and the first thing that came on is Martinez talking about Belgium needing the perfect pitch

We've had 'stadium news' plenty of times in the past. I remember they issued all sorts of plans around 1996 which never materialised. If they have bought land at last it might mean something is happening!

well it's pretty common to have a bid accepted and then the estate agents ask if you have a financial advisor or do you want to use theirs to sort a mortgage out.

The Esk has given his info in good faith im convinced.
He's a long term poster, before taking on the mod role.
He sure doesn't need the hassle, and the massive errors over the summer are just so wide of the mark he must have had a proper bum steer.

I hope he's correct on todays announcement, but i guess a broken clock is right twice a day.

Fair play if he's called this one, but he did say the announcement would likely be before the AGM and that never materialised. I can't be arsed bashing him for all the stuff he got badly wrong, but if you spout enough of it something is eventually going to come off.

What we have is LCC telling us Peel will sell us the dock site IF we can get the funds together

Building a stadium is not an instant gratification kind of project. It will happen in stages over years and the news will be released as progress and decisions are made. Unless Lego release an Everton Stadium kit we just have to be patient.
