Ross Barkley

Vault them. vault them all. Multiple times.

Might be a bit harsh this, but if you can't show patience towards a talented young Evertonian in the team.....Even over a couple of seasons of patchy form.....then I don't think you should shrug it off with a "he was pretty bad then" or "I've already vaulted myself" when you are proved wrong.

One of my pet hates in football is the lack of patience of the majority of football fans. Everything now now now. Especially when most of them have had enough years watching football to know that as bad as any player/manager/club is doing in any poor game/run/season it doesn't always mean that is their level.

If you were shouting SELL at any point in regards to Barkley then have a word with yourself, or punch yourself in the balls.

Yours sincerely,

Super Blue

Amen to that brother!

I think Tom Davies should take a fair bit of credit for the upturn in form. Ross has benefited from having finally another player in the team who moves off the ball and creates space, as well being on the same wavelength as him technically

His game has improved massively this season.

His best form has coincided with Davies' introduction, allowing Ross more freedom and meaning he isn't the only offensive player the oppo have to deal with in midfield.

I was about to berate you for attacking fellow Evertonians and being a superblue when I saw the small print. Ha.
Heyhoe just off to punch myself in the balls then. Although I'm not sure I said 'sell' but I probably thought it.:)

I'll be gutted if the lad leaves. I would make him captain, I think that would push him onto another level. I do think he might leave. He must have friends and family that go and I pray they don't sit anywhere by me. It's been ridiculous the last few years with some of the bells, veins a popping screaming at him.

If he was my lad, Im not sure I'd be that bothered him leaving some of the abuse he's got over the years

I was never shouting sell but another underachieving season and I wouldn't have been sorry.

Delighted at his improvement. The closest reference point for his current style of play for me is Gazza, but he needs to keep consistency and get more of those shots rifling into the back of the net to be able to be mentioned together with that fine player...
