Anyone else really not that arsed by that Horizon Dawn that's coming out?
I quite like the look of it - just depends on how open world it is

Finally a review of Witcher 3 for what it is
I can't believe I gave that view count 1 more hit.
Yes it has bugs, yes it has strange interactions. Seems like he had it made up in his mind before he played it he didn't like it.
It took me ages before I started playing it, and being a big Bethesda fan (playing TES since Daggerfall), and a Fallout fan (not just Bethesda's #3 & #4, but 1 & 2), I thought it would be tough going to play The Witcher 3. No such worry for me. It is brilliant.
To each their own, you obviously don't like the game. That is cool. As it is compared to Skyrim in so many respects, I personally think it does just about everything better. So from the mind numbing fetch quests, middling graphics, clunky combat and dull story-line what would you recommend from this game?

I recommend it because it doesn't feel like I am doing some procedural generated side quest. I feel like they have nailed the main protagonists career quite well, being a monster slayer. The video you linked about never using his signs and just rolling around, well good for him. I have found that signs and the decotions can make a huge difference in how a fight goes.
- Never once have I found a side quest mind numbing.
- The graphics are excellent. People only feel like they are a let down when they compare them to the E3 video, or you are playing on console.
- Combat is SOOOOO much better than Skyrim.
- I was quite happy with the story. More than interesting enough for me to keep playing.

I have been objective, and had a look at his Fallout 4 review. Each to their own mate i just preferred Skyrims story so much better with its even clunkier combat!!
