..I think of Defoe as an out and out goalscorer sitting on the shoulder of the last defender. I suspect Lookman might sit a bit deeper and be a bit more creative. RK said he wants him to play between the lines. He looks like he strikes a ball well on both sides (like Defoe). I wonder if Lookman might take up similar positions to Sterling, although I think he'll be a better finisher than the City player.

I guess we were all a little razzle-dazzled from all those stepovers. Lookman seems to have a little more substance to his game. A higher football IQ, if you like.

Sure, nothing wrong with that, just have to add a bit of realism here. He's a great talent and I like him a lot too, but I'm not even sure if I'd call him our club's most exciting player, or make predictions ten years into the future based on what little we have seen
