We already have a very good manager, as I've said previously your agenda is increasingly tiresome.
He was praising Unsy and had been throughout the thread. You mentioning an agenda is equally tiresome.

Sometimes there is a legitimate reason to mention other things. Leave it please.

In the meantime I agree with this;

Looking forward to him standing on our touchline at some point in the future.

He's got those academy boys playing really well, and he shielded them from last seasons shenanigans, which I utterly respect him for.
They were brought through under a blueprint from above. Unsworths value was carrying out that blueprint to the letter.

Is there any proof that that is the case, or is it just something you believe happened?

The previous regime's Youth Plans, timetables and projects were lashed in the bin after youth coaches were asked to coach the years they never on a Wednesday/Thursday - can't remember which one of the 2 it was.

For example, the U16s coach would work with say the U20s and then rotate to say the U14s the following week. It was really bizarre and the coaches couldn't wait to get shut of it.

Sorry mate, but I saw it as another snipe at our manager, if not my apologies.

I think his future is bright and he will do well where ever he goes. Agree with @davek though, I think it might be wise for him to stick around a couple more years. RK, like a lot of the current PL managers tbf, is not the sort to take root and make the club his permanent home. Loyalty is the first causality in the world of multi million pound salaries. However, I feel like Unsy would be one who would want to make Everton "his", as it already is in a way. I am sure he was beaming with pride when Davis scored "that" goal!
