He did every single Evertonian dream, comes on in the 90 minute against a big team and smashes one it in front of the Gwladys street, well certainly my dream anyway.

Read about this lad, was an ex PL player who works at Charlton(Robbie Earle possibly) and he was saying about how good he is, how hungry he is and how much he impresses in training, was only spotted at 11 at an inner city game after smashing in a hat trick against pro players.

Better than Messi imo

Maybe this is why we have let del go, he proving himself in training.

Seems like you might be right:
“I think we will be keeping him fairly close to the first team,” the Everton manager said. “I am really impressed by the young boy and what he is showing us. Not just in the last couple of minutes against Man City, although that was a big moment for the boy and everybody else because it made the result that bit more special, but you can tell from his attitude and his quality in the training sessions that he can be a really top player.”

High praise indeed from koeman. Normally very reserved about praising players, but obviously he is excited about this lad. You would think spending that much on a teenager, there must be something about him. Let's hope there is.
The other interesting thing is how much Lukaku seems to have taken to him. He really does appear to have taken him under his wing. Must see something in him. Totally different to the "raw" comments he was making about Niasse 12 months ago.

Koeman alluded to this, saying that the players have taken to him and recognise the talent he has.
