if he goes i'd much rather it be a loan, give him the chance to get himself sorted, playing games and ready to force his way back into koemans plans next year,
youn enough and talented enough not to give up on
Not having a go mate just curious why you think he will change into a player that koeman wants just because of a loan?

I dont think it'll make him come back a different player, he's been at us and Seville now and had a few years to sort himself out and hasn't done it, I dont think a loan to Milan will suddenly become a koeman player..

I think the loan is just to take him to the summer where it will be easier to sort out a complicated permanent deal

He's a No10, and was never played in that position. Get him fit, playing in his proper position and we'd have some player.

Not many players are sold from Barcelona, with a buy back clause.

Every player sold by barca has a release clause..

Also pretty sure all his career has been a winger mate

I will always remember the sense of excitement when he got on the ball and ran, particularly the first time he was here. Just seem to ooze quality. I would still like to see him play about in his best position. However if Koeman is not going to play him then he needs to move on for his own sake. I can't really believe that he is not even making the bench. Just sad about the whole affair.

Not saying it will, just hoping that if he goes it's on loan so he stays our player.
Hopefully a spell playing games in a different more defensive league will help him improve, that and a solid pre-season could save us a lot of money and i just generally want him to be a big player for us

He can still be a brilliant player but needs the game time and would benefit from being in a slower league like Serie A.

I hope it's just a loan with a view to him coming back here though. We need depth for Europe next season and he's perfect for it.
