It's either done or it's not.

As Everton haven't announced anything and given Mourinho's comments it is obviously not done.

The fee is agreed, at least in principle.

I think they realize that too. They probably could have dragged this deal out longer tbh as there were suitors for Schneider, but he gives us a much better fighting chance against City.

They will sell when the fee is agreed. The fee is agreed, supposedly, at least in principle, and terms are not an issue with the player.
