Usmanov

'tis a strange one this.

Seems a direct flaunting or bending of PL rules. I'm sure our new owner has already validated the deal as legit & within the guidelines.

If he can use this vehicle to drip Usmanov money into the club legally, then I'm presuming there's a limit to the amount?

No you say?
Why would it be against the rules though?

Moshiri is definitely the smallest shareholders of USM, so they'd have to have been some kind of consultancy and discussion about this.

But then again the company is worth billions so a few £10m here or there probably goes off the books daily lol lol
It is also Moshiri's company, but the press have gone for the Usmanov angle.

Usmanov has said time and again he won't sell his Arsenal shares, come on lads, give it up.

Moshiri owns 10%, usmanov has 48% and controls voting rights for 12% more, moshiri I believe has the voting right of the other partner who owns 30% - up until two years ago usmanov controlled all other parties voting rights, he changed that to give moshiri a 40% vote at that point, unless I'm remembering things wrong.

We've got a diamond called Usmanov
A toffee that got sick of Arsenal
He sits along side Moshiri
Together at Everton fc.....
And when you own the blues
We'll sing this song for you
Because Usmanov's a toffee through and through

...too soon?
