Quality food are bargain prices, the rib eye steaks from there are delicious.

The German sausages in a jar 90% pork meat compared to about 15% mechanically recovered snail snot elsewhere great for BBQs, their Rachmaninof blue vodka is real quality as well.

Lidl is much better... pint bottles of Perlenbacher for 89p... Bargain.

Aldi have recently released their own "craft beer" range at 89p odd a bottle. Well worth checking out

Great stores, so's lidl. They came in and showed the British public how ripped off they were with the likes of tescos etc. Consistently better quality, especially with chocolate, meat, cheese, beer, and especially coffee;and a fraction of the price.
The only thing I'd wantonly go to tescos for over these stores is their bread.

Or they just offer an alternative choice at a good price, and have occupied the space vacated by Kwik Save.

If it was related to austerity, Iceland should've increased their market share significantly, yet you hardly ever see them opening new shops.

Yeah something that is unique to Aldi and which those heroes of local produce Tesco & Sainsburys would never stoop to.

Fact of life unfortunately unless you do all your shopping direct from producers or from market shops which are few and far between on County Rd
