So the Chang extension was apparently £16m over 3 years... a 600% increase would mean £48m over 3 years... or £16m a season. That's if it is just Chang or including sleeve sponsor as well.

50m just underlines how poor we have been and how glaring some mistakes/committments have been to the club.

I would sack my FD for that despite the increase. Why are we only now getting these revenues?

Costing for the stadium build itself will surely take a while.
The design team are Americans I believe, but they'll have to factor in Uk/European prices for materials, exchange rates, value of the pound etc, not an easy task in itself putting a headline price on a new gaff.

Would imagine the next two months working with the council means regarding infrastructure around the dock etc

I assume we'll have a new shirt sponsor? Can't see Chang agreeing to close to triple their outlay overnight, aside from what we'll get with sleeve sponsorship.

Can't wait to bin them off, not been a good deal for the club and we were tied way too long to them.

Well not really. Its clear we have proper business people running the club and all the news has been super positive. We are going in the right direction.

Our CEO is Elstone, so no it's is not clear in the slightest.
