Moshiri can do both of those things in his tenure here, both primarily through the delivery of a new stadium.

I'm afraid one of these would have to leave if we get Schneiderlin. I love Besic though and would love to have him as back up but his brittleness could mean otherwise. Mccarthy, 2 years ago I saw as a future captain but his game doesn't have much apart from tackles when arsed and sideways passing.
