Time for the chocolate billionaire to step up. If this window doesn't see a major net spend then anyone who's suspected this all along to be a Robert Earl type plate spinning exercise will see their stock rise.

Holy gamoly

This and the ebony fetish comment from @smileychap today sweet mercy

Going to be an interesting window to say the least.
Some reputations will be made, or some will be destroyed.

He would be very well advised to keep his grid shut and his wallet open. This is the month he will be judged by Evertonians and whatever the judgement is will stay with him for the time he's here at the club. He's on notice as it is. If this window is not a success he won't come back from it.

Surely that will be the fault of Walsh. Moshiri is providing the money for Walsh and Koeman to spend hasn't he or are we still on the conspiracy that he is a fraud.

The buck stops with the owner. That's how it was for Kenwright. And rightly so.
