Hes 33....in 18 months we would need to replace both him and williams...

Would that be a problem though?? I'm sure the idea is to plug up that defence with some experience until we're a more attractive proposition to some high calibre players.

...I wouldn't know, Mate. As I said, I was just posting detail from the editor of another site. His view that we have not enquired about Schneiderlin flies in the face of everything being widely reported so it might be worth treating with doubt at this stage.
