Sport happens to be my industry, and I spend most of my time researching two topics in particular: athlete development and how to best build teams. In fact, I'm putting together development proposals in England as we speak.

I don't ascribe to Zatara's theory that younger is better. I do believe, however, that the club needs to do a better job developing players, and that signing and developing younger players is the most financially efficient way of building a team.

Aye. It's no wonder he's a good keeper, he gets more practice saving shots in one game with Sunderland than most keepers do in a season

I personally would rather have Tom Heaton but wouldn't say no to Pickford, looks like he needs a bit of beef on him.

Always worried about a keeper who got high rep in a bad team facing loads of shots, karius did that for example as did mingolet

Do you see much realistic chance of that mate? I would love him here but I suspect Liverpool/United would make a play for him if he's available.
