ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

If they hadn't have faced Arsenals reserves and a transitional Chelsea side then they'd be in a much truer position in the table. I've got a £20 bet with someone on this site that Chelsea finish above them, at this stage i wouldn't bet on them finishing above United and with a few more injuries we could even catch them.

Very average squad without Coutinho.

Ha ha Chelsea and Arsenal will certainly finish above them, I reckon Utd might push them and City. Then you have Spurs. I reckon they'll finish stound 5th or 6th. Are you seriously suggesting we could finish above them? I'd bite your hand off for top 10.

Klopp claiming Gary Neville shouldn't be able to say their goalie was turd because he failed as a manager.
Hmmm nice try but he's not criticizing a manager. He was a very decorated player not the German Ian Marshall.
Wind it in speccy.

The sheer brass nack of this. The bloody nerve. When their ex-players are all over the media, and we have to put up with obligatory fawning coverage as soon as they win 3 games on the bounce. Wereld-class them.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion.

In that hierarchy, I'd put an ex-pro, particularly at the Nevilles level, above a manager any day, regardless of how decorated they are.

It's mad. You had the impartial panel of Redknapp and Carragher presiding over the Sky Sports coverage who, to their credit, said exactly the same thing, but the Nevilles need to shut their mouths? Klopp is really taking to life at Liverpool now

This is it, utterly utterly laughable. What a scummy club they are, they feed it through to their players. For example, karius has replied to Neville telling him to keep shush. Yet, like you say carragher said the exact same thing. Why's he not telling him to shut up too? Oh, I know, because that club is so bitter toward United that a foreign player only has to be there 5 minutes to pick this up.

Next point, Klopp is having a go at Neville (using the childish approach) saying that he's not going to be helpful towards Liverpool ... But that's exactly what he's doing! He's pointing out their weak link, the link that other teams are not targeting and saying the manager should change it. How on earth is that not in anything but in Liverpool's best interests?

Once again that club infects new staff members with this moronic disease which makes them incapable of doing or saying anything right.

Someone's taking the p...

Yes, Klopp may have got it badly wrong with Krappven and Prekarius.. but at least he went out and replaced their Jags, Howard, Pienaar, Kone, McGeady etc etc. He may have kept RS Oviedo and RS Barry in Moreno and Lucas and converted RS Macca to emergency LB but - here's the difference - he's done something about it. Expect him to move in the transfer market again to replace the wrong keepers he's got.

Oh yeah, and he's kept his cool with those failing players - well as much as you'd expect a raging inferno to be cool.

And Koeman would have done the same if he were at Liverpool.

Klopp being able to do that is nothing to do with his management, it's because Liverpool back the manager with funds and know how to complete transfers.

Perhaps klopp should talk to whoever authorised the 2 daily mail exclusive interviews with karius.

The first before the Sunderland game extolling the virtues of his calmness being the main reason for there defensive improvement.

He is then allowed to meet face to face a reporter to be interviewed for an article published before the West Ham game.

Why put added pressure on the situation when will they ever learn.

The good news is the second goal wasn't even his fault & matip who has looked good hopefully isn't & the cracks will start to widen.
