Ronald Koeman discussion

Often seems that playing a young player can help with that - their youthful enthusiasm can give the rest of the squad a pick-me-up.

Of course if it goes pear shaped then you have the same problems plus a youngster who has a confidence crisis...

Ive tried my best to bad mouth Tom Davies as much as possible, thats normally the key for somebody to be boss, so its all set up for the boy to shine, ive done my bit.

Or give him a chance to turn it around because sometimes in football teams can go through bad runs of form?

But nah, our fans have got no time for that. We'll just get a new manager in every 3 months and see where that takes us instead.
Danny if you can't see that he needs out I pity you.Our managers have always been given a chance. We haven't even had a Honeymoon period IN A CHEAP 3 star all inclusive with this bellwhiff.FFS

Koeman is going to have to go some in the transfer market. Does he have a vision? If so it can't include the present Everton pool of players.

His acquisitions so far do not bode well, however. Bolasie? Valencia? Williams? These are not "vision" players.

We have to give him his chance. We have no choice really.

Then are we going to sack the next manager when he goes through a bad run of form too? This happens in football, stay strong and see it through.

Providing we're not in relegation trouble then we might as well give him until the end of the season at the very least.

Add to that the failed bids for sissoko and kone from Sunderland, not looking good

Koeman isn't the man who gets the players in, it's Steve Walsh's job to do that.

Imagine sacking a manager every 15 games, whats latin for 3 managers a season?

If the results go as expected over the next few weeks there is going to be very limited Christmas cheer at Goodison. It will make it difficult for the team to play at home and it's not like we are getting wins away from home.

Did Koeman by playing 3 defensive midfielders try to keep the game tight and nick a point knowing we weren't playing well? If that is the case then we are in BIG trouble if Watford can waltz through us that easy.

We were not at the races today as has been the case for most of this season, it looks like Koeman is just waiting to buy players in Jan to save him or he just can't be arsed and thought he'd get a bumper contract and then be paid off to take a holiday halfway through the season...

I don't think the players are buying in to his style of play and it means they aren't putting in the shift.

Sometimes Everton makes me despair and this is one of those days.
