The job has over whelmed him.

That's not true, I've seen much worse players be motivated by so called much less managers than Koeman. He's failing and his man management skills are abysmal.

Correct mate and how sad is that,I am writing the other two games off if we get a point from them two I would be surprised.

Getting that point against Utd last week ruined my forecast of us still having 19 points on January 1st.
