Ye because the previous manager having an 'I'm here until I die or results get so embarrassing that nobody can ignore them' contract really gave the players an incentive and made them put 100% in didn't it.

I don't think there is another manager in the division that has a three year plan then off whiff about it, apart from Koeman's.
