Depends on the orientation but the waterside location must be maximised for deffo. Could even have an end looking towards town....

It was first suggested in 1996, to my knowledge.

There can be few clubs with more false starts. We're on our fifth attempt.

I used to work with a model plane enthusiast at the time and his club was based near Kirkby/M57 , Everton actually paid to have the local electrical substations upgraded according to him , Kirkby golf course if I remember correctly.
If true , and he had no reason to lie an utter nerd who didn't like football , then probably the closest we have come to a new stadium.

I've been joking though.

However, I have noticed posts claiming to be in the know on matters which are publicised in the press, only to be wrong and then back track on the comments previously made.

I don't have a problem with this by the way, I find it entertaining watching certain people lap it up.

Has anyone by any chance got scans of the "future goodison" which was put into the match day programme in the 90's?

it was basically Goodison without the posts and a double decker park end if I remember.
