New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

"Studying a site"

Lads, anyone could wander down to a bit of open ground and "study" it for the ££££££

I think we had plenty of site studying in Kirkby and by the Docks (round one) too :coffee:

Ironically they didn't 'study' either of the sites mentioned, as was revealed at a) the Kirkby enquiry where planning permission was denied; and b) they never even got that far with Kings Dock because they couldn't put up the £30m needed to secure the land.

What they have done so far with Bramley Moore Dock in terms of the site visit by the entire board and also by the MEIS architectural research is the most they have EVER done in terms of planning for a new stadium.

If your not working for the club you should be because you have perfect memory loss concerning all the consultancy, legal, architecture and due diligence costs for both prior projects.

They did also visit the SC site.
