Ruddy iPad!lolUnaceptical......now that's a word Joey. That should go straight into the GOT Thesaurus. Made me smile on a thoroughly miserable day
Much More than 1 win in 9Depends if January is a massive balls up or not.
Could I ask you what you expected Koeman, or in fact any new manager, to be able to do with these players? They're not very good.
It doesn't help that even when we do have chances we're so wasteful and toothless in front of goal - 93 minutes for a shot on target is pitiful.I'm not saying it'd definitely work like, but at this stage it's clear something needs to change between now and Jan, where we should be going and getting players in sharpish
Unsworth and Sheedy know EFC Values and how the game should be played!Big Sam is available, best win percentage of an England manager ever.

I would leave Unsy where he is and just let Joe get hold of them by the scruff of the neck.I'd get rid of him now and give it to Rhino and Big Joe till the new year.
Couldn't be any worse.
We're not playing well at the moment but this form won't last until May.I don't think it's a big if. Par for the course at the current rate.

I agree that these players need to be "evolved" out of the club. They are bottlers. They're a core of Moyes players who have zero self motivation for anyone outside of Moyes, IMO.
However, enough can be galvanised to put in a performance going forward. Even last season they demonstrated that much. We at least need to see Koeman change his stance and start playing to that strength. He has to acknowledge that while these players aren't going to go out and play like last season's Leicester for him, they can build moves and be effective if played as a primarily attacking unit.
It must be very disheartening for the youth players to hear that. It probably seems to them that no matter how well they do, it's unlikely they'll be given a chance by a manager who pays little attention to them.
- Sorry if this has already been mentioned - I'm not at all impressed by this quote from Koeman about the Southampton striker who made his debut today, having progressed through their academy: "I wasn't aware of Josh Sims when I was here and he is not my problem - I work for Everton, not Southampton." Why wasn't he aware of him? He was their manager up until the summer.
That's optimistim for you on the relegation performances of the last three games? If we're 14th going into may?
Think his first name is John.... not ipad mate lolRuddy iPad!lol
1.Motivate them for more than 40 seconds.Depends if January is a massive balls up or not.

1.Motivate them for more than 40 seconds.
Ok I'll go on...
2.Stop doing the same thing every week when it hasn't worked with this playing group for 3 seasons.
3.Integrate 1 young player into the 11 to at least try something new. We aren't winning anyways and won't be with this same old starting 11.
TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT.....
