Hey, now that Koeman has completely sorted the defence can we get Bobby back in to fix the attack and challenge for a Champions League spot?

we both said in the summer we'll give him the season...we still should, but these next few games plus the window may push our discipline.

He has to get the first season. I maintain that. However, he needs to start showing ASAP that £6M per year wage hasn't been flushed down the toilet employing some Mike Walker-esque clown.

And i would have been surprised at the beginning of the season if I would have been told that we would get a point against Spurs/City but get beat by Burnley/Bouremouth.

I'm not saying we won't, for all I know we will beat City, United and Arsenal and smash Liverpool... just can't see it.

Not to much has changed since the Moyes days, he had his restrictions as money wasn't that plenty full in those days. But the two since have had more to spend and nothing really has changed to much, I use to be bothered who we sold, but now the squad has become stale, so I think now out with most of the old would sort us out, there's a few worth fighting to keep but not many. Even Lukaku blows hot and cold to often if he had gone in the summer and we had got say Negredo would we be much worse off? I actually thought Koeman inherited a good squad but it hasn't been the case as they have performed so bad, so there's some real work to do mainly getting players out, we don't want to give them away but how they are performing at the moment what I'll we get for them, IMO not a lot.

We're 7th yet reading on here we're in a relegation fight! It will take time where's the BS in that.

You don't get anything for being 7th in November.

If we dont step up and step up big time we will be at the wrong end of the table in no time.

Changing a manager wont do anything f the players still do the same crap and thats what they are doing.

It will indeed take time, question is how much time do we have, we could sleep walk into trouble here if we keep pretending everything is alright because "we are 7th".

We can't predict the future either although some on here seem to think they can.

What seems to be missed easily is that we have a captain with no voice on the pitch and right now he is also the first person to be a liability on the pitch.

Perhaps why the team has no direction on the pitch?

Its a slight issue but if the other players cant gee themselves up (we have international captains playing for us by the way..) then that's a much bigger issue.

Apart from one or two exceptions they are cowards.
