We're 7th yet reading on here we're in a relegation fight! It will take time where's the BS in that.Bullshit.
No one is expecting Top 4.
We're not even competing in games anymore.

Spot on DDKoeman needs to be doing better, I'd like to see a change in tactics and formation, and he definitely needs to freshen the starting 11 up with a couple of the u23's.
However, I'm not hanging this all on Koeman, no way. This is pretty much two and a half seasons of this kind of no aggression, no backbone, no heart performances.
There's something rotten at the core of the squad. Heads drop the minute things go against us, players either can't or won't press the opposition, the movement from Lukaku + 2 wingers is constantly non-existent. Players seem to bothered about moaning at each other than actually trying to do something themselves. Koeman, Walsh and Moshiri have massive work to do to fix a broken squad, and it's going for take either a few transfer windows, or a couple really bold windows where we bin a lot of them off.
There's a malaise around the club where mediocrity is acceptable, too many people; players, staff and suits just aren't winners.
We're supposed to be Nothing But the Best is good enough, too often best of the rest has been acceptable.
8 of those starters spent years under martinez.
They aren't good enough.
But whether we should be doing better nonetheless? Yea probably. But ultimately we need better players.
Its a good question. The only thing I'd say is that he likes fitness, strength and pace in his players. And a will to compete and win! Seemingly this squad don't have those qualities. But, so far there's no suggestion he's imposing his philosophy on the players. That is worrying in itself. Short of overhauling the squad as soon as is possible, or getting another manager to get a tune out of these players I haven't got the answer. For me, I've had enough of this squad right now. Theyve had plenty of chances to step up to the task. Worries over Koeman only slightly behind though! What do people see in him that suggests he can turn this around?
Serious question
Pass the parcel. Is that from todays game or one of the last 8
How can you judge him after 3 months - you have an agenda and jumps out in every post. All he needed to do here was fix that friggin back four and leave the rest as found. What has he tried to do though? He hasn't fixed the defence, he's just made us dull and unbalanced.
I want the feller to lead us to a better future, but he is looking like a complete 'kin car crash right now. It feels like we made a big mistake at this early stage.
Mmmm, we need a bit of luck. I think we need a bit more than that. If he thinks the second half is acceptable then I'm scared.

Poor starts are a mystery to Koeman
Ronald Koeman says he finds it hard to explain why his Everton side have found it so difficult to hit the ground running in matches this season.
Before the international break his side struggled early on against Chelsea and then last weekend against Swansea the Blues seemed half asleep until the second half.
Today against Southampton it took the hosts just 42 seconds to take the lead which won them the game, but Koeman says the second half was much better, which seems to be the story of our season so far.
“It’s sometimes difficult to explain why,” he said when asked about Everton’s persistently poor starts to games this season.
“It’s Everton’s kick off in the game and then I think after 10 seconds we lost the ball from Gana to Lennon.
“Not really good defending position in the box and that makes it difficult.
“I can’t complain about our second half, we put a lot of effort in on the pitch and it’s difficult to score the goals at the moment.
“I think the start of Southampton in the game was better than our start and the 1-0 so fast in the game makes it difficult.
“They drop back with a lot of ball possession.
“I think it was a game that had to see more goals from Everton and also from Southampton because they had the chances in the second half to kill the game but we had some chance in, in my opinion, a good second half.
“Much better than the first half, again, and that’s the problem – how we start the game.
“It’s all about winning the game. Maybe it’s easy to say this but we need to work hard and start better than we started today.
“We need to repeat that performance of the second half because that’s how we need to play but we also need a bit of luck.”
The mess of the previous era will take time to sort - there is no magic wand. What did you expect a bottom half team to top 4 in 6 months? Expectations are far to high and some of the usual trolls of doom need a reality check.
