He has to go before then.

there is absolutely no chance he is getting sacked. they ain't going to pay someone 12m so soon after they've just been shafted 10m compo for Martinez. If we lose the next 4-5 games then maybe he would be under pressure and the trigger could be pulled.

one thing is certain, he isn't currently earning his money and has shown no sign of changing it up so those 4-5 defeats could easily happen

Lukaku is obviously a cracking player and I can fully understand his frustration as he cuts an isolated figure upfront and our players do so many stupid things.

That said, his attitude is a disgrace. A truly top striker would try and make something happen himself, harry opponents, try something different. When Lukaku gets a strop on he stands offside whilst waving for the ball then moans when it doesn't come to him. He's not a leader, thats his big problem and probably the reason that he will get a move to a "massive club" like he thinks he will.
The only massive club he'll get is a number 3 wood.

jagielka, mirallas, barkley and deulofeu have digressed massively under koeman this season and is the main reason we've been so bad. Somebody needs to give him a kick up the arse because he's not doing anything right atm.

His team under southampton was poorer on paper than our squad, they would consistantly perform week in week out though, would take the game to the bigger teams and beat them fairly frequently. They were exciting to watch too, good energy and fitness.
So wtf is this tripe he's serving to us? It's the exact opposite, negative, boring and defeatest attitudes.

From our kick off!

Basics like that do my head in. Conceding two on the bounce like we did against Chelsea. We have possession of the ball by default!

The performance was dire. No fight, the players were soft. If these players cannot do it. Sold them. And Moshiri if he does mean business then buy quality in January!

We are not as bad, but I see a lot of parallels now with the position we found ourselves in back in 1994, when Joe Royle was brought in.

At the time there was absolutely no heart and no fight.

We needed the dogs of war then and we need them just as much now.

I see the mess that Koeman has inherited, but he has to abandon principles and be practical now.

Things could turn very ugly if he carries on as things are.

during our great start most of us were still wary of how we won those matches: we didn't play well and were against weak opposition too, yet we retained faith that grinding out a few wins so early in his reign was a good sign.

What the signs are telling us now, what with 4 or 5 games coming up against really quality opposition, is that we may be in for a relegation fight.

There's absolutely no excuse for that though. Outside the top 6 we're as good as anybody, the team just aren't set up in the right way.

Still early days I guess. I reckon we'll turn it around over the coming weeks and grind it some results.

I know mate ... I'm just fuming ... I had a great night planned lol

I just don't trust him to set up a team that plays fluid, attacking football. A few combinations a game are simply not enough and the mediocrity is just dripping from some of those players.

Utd are having the same problems but is Mourinho a poor manager?

OR could it be both clubs have amassed a squad of absolute cowards over recent seasons under poor managers (Moyes, LVG, Martinez) who don't play the same tenacity as their current managers demand.

The sooner a good 4-5 of this side are booted out the door the better.

He's been every bit as terrible as Martinez last season so far.

He seems a bit cold to me, like he expects players just to perform better without him actually coaching them properly, the players are just not interested, and seeing as you (unfortunately) can't sack players, the buck has to stop at his door.

Not sure I trust him to spend money either, Bolassie is garbage, and if he had his way we'd have Sissoko stinking the place out too.

Give him a chance. We got the bounce of a new manager early on but there was always obvious issues that weren't going to be addressed overnight.
