We really need to make a statement signing as we failed to do it in January. A £40 million signing like Van Dijk or Belleti etc would really get the media's attention and hopefully convince the likes of Lukaku to stay.

I would throw up to £60m at Saints for him.
He is a quality CH and we need that here.
If we want to compete we need to start spending top dollar.
