I've no doubt we'll improve with every passing window, but he does need to coax that first big name through the door.
Biggest problem appears to be the squad's attitude, they only seem to turn up for about 15 minutes a game. If they had the same attitude as our lovable neighbours we'd be pushing top 4 I don't doubt it. Lot of the current lot need moving on and we need a new belief and atmosphere around the place.

The more you hear him speak, he's saying the same things - pressing, aggression, attitude etc and the bit about some players having difficulty to have the attitude he wants suggests that he's thinking the same thing as the fans. Unfortunately he cannot do much about it until January/the summer.
