We need another top forward to partner him. He needs more space to work instead of 2 CBs controlling him. Bad performance today and can only improve with players that have more than 2 brain cells. No guile no cleverness no movement and no fluidity in passing. We couldn't press a shirt. Koeman won't make much out of this group of thick players.

If Deulofeu started, and Bolasie was a bit closer to him, Lukaku would look far better than he does.

Koeman going into full Championship Manager mode in order to salvage something against one of the worst teams in the league. Bob Bradley stood on the sideline looking permanently baffled yet had more of a gameplan than we did.

Very worrying but still holding out hope that we make some decent additions in January, there are too many passengers in this squad.

12 games in, it's been a mixed bag so far for Koeman. Poor again today, but anyone expecting us to smoothly go from consecutive 11th place finishes to being a top 6 side in a handful of games is extremely dense. Disappointing result, but the new management are still only finding their feet and getting to know which players they can trust etc. Klopp took a while too but is now doing well. It might need a couple more transfer windows to freshen things up properly. It's a shame that'll be too long to keep Lukaku, who is embarrassingly far above the level of his team-mates.

Absolutely no faith in this side to get results. Even against West Ham we were a bit fortunate. Koeman has got his work cut out here, needs to find solutions fast.
