Hangovers seem to get worse every time I go out. I usually wake up around 8 or 9 feeling okay and then I feel progressively worse as the day goes on.

I'd say it isn't worth it but it so is.

Not really having the time to get fit. Can't guarantee having an hour block in my schedule consistently and that's not even factoring in travelling to the gym.
Maybe I need a bowflex lol

Do have a bench and a weights set just thought basic aerobics wouldn't raise my cardio enough but workout 1 is plausible for me

Been given a range of exercises by my physio to sort my knee out, squat-based and using your bog-standard elastic resistance band stuff.

In 6 weeks, my thighs are bigger and stronger than they've ever been in all my time going to the gym.

Getting him Lego Dimensions despite the fact they are made to be expensive and bleed you dry. It is either that or something he wouldn't be arsed with.

and best of all, getting it for MY PS4! so means he is slowly taking over my console, don't see the point in getting the ps3 version now.

I have nothing else really to get him as a present. if I get toys he won't really play with them, it kinda then limits what I can buy and his santa list included a load of stuff that doesn't exist haha
