@ianefc that yes, it wasn't probably needed. But seemingly Koeman was asked a question and he answered it, truthfully.
He didn't put a timescale on it, or say Rom would be leaving next summer even. He actually said they have a good relationship.
But, he acknowledged that Rom would not have fulfilled his potential should he stay at Everton all of his career. The las is 23 and has scored 50 Prem goals for us already, and has over 100 career goals...
If he doesn't end up at one of the European giants further down the line, his talent would not have been fulfilled.
