Don't know his set up, but I would probably use serviced offices/mates office(informally). Won't be employed in the UK in any capacity (he has no directorships in the UK).
As an aside, certain billionaires that live in the IoM have private helicopters with pilots - the cynic in me would suggest that it is to get round the days in UK rules as I don't think passenger lists need be given on domestic flights.
