Cleverly hasn't been bad at all. Barry, Yanick, Barkley and Miralles can give the ball away a million times and wouldn't get the stick that Cleverly gets. 90% of the people on here are sheep who read one post and start repeating it over and over again.

Cleverly , Barry and Barkley were all very passive and off the pace.

...I keep going on about the threat factor, Palace have been more of a threat than us. Whether it's the system or the players in the system we need to find a way to create. We offer little or no threat. As a benchmark, consider how many times their keeper made a save. Perhaps one chance for Gueye in the entire half.

No threat factor.

They'll be a threat by just punting balls into the box which they did...constantly.

We didn't have an outlet or width to pick the clearences or 2nd balls.

We had a threat when the ball was on the floor which was very rare.

Played to their strengths to a point.

Once again people targeting Barkley. He did well, put in more work than we've seen him do before. Meanwhile Bolasie has wasted possession, never took a shot when running at goal, just about every ball from deep midfield and defence has been over hit and/or misplaced, Cleverly has added nothing to the team, not one single cross has been dangerous, once Barkley went off, our corners got nowhere near their goal and our wing play was non-existent.

If you want to blame one thing, blame the team's overall passing.
