Well that was downright nonsensical. Felt completely at ease for about an hour, and then we pressed the self destruct button out of nowhere. It'll be a very long season if we are going to have that kind of ten minutes in us.

Mate you offered absolutely nothing. We where the team at ease and just waiting to crack your defensive game....we smashed it then took the mickey.

The other side of the coin goes that as soon as we got the first you were destined to collapse. Your main chance of the goal (only real one) came from an offside position and we look far more threatening throughout. Certainly just seemed a matter of time in the second half as we were well in control of the game.

We don't play too well away from home, so when we play quite well and comfortably see a game out, the team deserve some players. You say it was a boring stalemate of a game but we could have had 6 on another day. Really shocking performance and Moyes has some job considering his tactics rely on having a defence who are steady, something of which none of your back four give me any confidence in him being able to.

Unfortunately it's a horrid position. I like Sunderland, I dislike Moyes.

I agree with him to an extent. They left themselves far too exposed on the break for our first and seemed to capitulate somewhat afterwards. Fair play to us thought for actually taking our chances, he'll we could have had a few more.

The warning signs were there in the first half when Rom put his header straight at your 'keeper.

The first two goals were quality crosses, absolute mares to try to defend. The third was an excellent defence-splitting pass. Add to Rom hitting the crossbar also, and it was quality play from us in the second half.

You won't have every team you play turning it on like that in a 45 minute spell. At present, I think there will be 3 teams worse off than you at the end of the season. I expect Moyes to sort out the defensive side of things over a period of a couple of months.

They were two floaty stand ups - in the air for an age. The fact that none of our lot decided to walk over and head them (or even try to) is the worry. How can a stand up like that land on a completely unmarked lone striker, twice?! It's a big worry. Schoolboy stuff.

With all due respect mate, until we pressed self destruct that was a boring stalemate of a game. That's the worry from our perspective.

Yeah, but that's Moyes all over. We put up with it for far too long. He sets up his team to contain the opposition instead of trying to win the match, then feels hard done by when those 10 minutes don't go their way and then plan A is in tatters and it's "another disappointing night"

Combination of both, both were great crosses, but both times Lukaku shouldn't have any space in the box. Despite the early warning sign of having no-one near him 6 yards out, he then had 4 more chances and scored three of them, hitting the bar with the other.

Combination of good attacking play and absolutely woeful defending. Third one was a great goal, drew Kone out like a kid drawn to sweets.

He's done amazingly well to put Everton where you are now without ever trying to win a game. I understand he pissed some of you off when he was at Utd, but don't turn into West Ham fans.

It's also about a striker getting away from his marker.

I was hoping you'd talk sense...
