Exceeded expectations? How exactly? When he took over we were a top 6 team... He took us to 5th. THEN SIGNED THIS CONTRACT..... Since he signed... He lost the dressing room.... Split the fans... Took us to 11th and done all this while spending more money than any other manager we have ever had

Yeah, as stated on page 1, it was in the contract so, not much to add. All we can do is hope that under the new regime, we don't write contracts like this for anything in future.
