Terminated unfairly? If I signed a contract to "do a job" and I was so bad at it that it that the employees below me wanted to quit their job and I was in danger of costing the company up to 50m a year because of my failings.... After I had just wasted 13.5m of the conpany's money on faulty , useless materials/stock.. I would expect to be sacked too... Nice one bill... Your quite the negotiator aren't you? How we agreed to this clause without putting some target driven ones in to protect ourselves... Is beyond me.

Most contracts will have a clause in which basically relates to termination due to incompetence as you well know. I can only hope the person who negotiated the deal really does have.
