New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Exactly. We've had a pretty crap transfer window after hoping for big things but really apart from that he's done nothing wrong and fingers crossed it looks like we're finally getting a stadium sorted. Like you say a year or two from now, if we're saying the same things then unfortunately we've become Villa.
That's just it - we've had a decent window.

Ok maybe we didn't spend the (never officially stated) £100m but Williams is good, Bolasie may be decent, that goalie isn't too shabby, and Gana is the bees knees.

We had a crap deadline day.

If we were told the players joining with Stones leaving at the start of the window none of us would have believed it.

The only player who seems like he will be a good aquisition is Gana...with the £40mil+ for stones frittered away.

I'd be all for rail seating being introduced. These sanitised all seater stadiums are awful atmosphere wise. If you want a nice comfy seat with loads of leg room then watch on the sofa.

Think people just hear "standing" and Automatically assume it's unsafe (for reasons we already understand) but that was in antiquated old stadiums that weren't really fit for purpose. Regardless, as someone has said, Everton will never agree to it.

I hoped that this would be an overwhelmingly positive thread by now. I just wish Everton would say something about the stage they are at. As with most things these days it's the speculation that's allowed to grow that causes most of the angst.
