Sunderland have signed Ndong.

Heard he's a bit of a cock.

Sunderland are in talks with Denayer, would free up Kone to complete the move.

We are already a centre half short (we only have three at the moment and one of those is 34yo John O'Shea) - we were always going to be after a centre half today, if Kone was to leave we would need two.

Like I've said, just passing on what I've heard.

Unless Everton is putting their cash towards Sissoko and Brahimi, he'll be leaving I'd think. Lad I spoke to seems resigned to it.

Heard about an hour ago that we are expecting a fresh bid and are welcoming it. Won't be mentioned on SSN - very private due to Moyes knowing the backlash from the fans.

Wanting 23m to pay for Ndong, Naismith and M'Vila fees

Wonder if McCarthy will have anything to do with it.

No offence mate but that doesn't make any sense. What difference would it make to a hypothetical (and unlikely) "backlash" if a bid was reported now, as opposed to 9pm or 10pm?

I meant the whole deal is being kept under wraps until it is completely sorted.

Obviously don't know the ins and outs, far from it, but I imagine it'll be very much out of the blue when its finalised.

I think he's getting at the 'welcomed' part being private/not on SSN. Which makes sense.
