Moshiri.

I'll give them all I have.

Maybe it should have been "I'll give you all I have after you get £48m in for Stones"?

Give me a restructured, well run profitable football club any day; that's what he's got to give...his business acumen.

Oh and FYI to all the bed wetter's, let's wait until the window is over, then you can all kneel before our Iranian overlord and beg forgiveness.

All hail the mosh

That's your problem if you interpreted that as literally 'all he has.'

No right minded Evertonian was expecting him to make himself destitute while making us champions. A tear of joy streaking down his dirty, homeless face.

But lets be honest, as soon as he pulled the trigger on Martinez, you made up your mind to dislike the man.

That's not the reality of the situation though - the club is going all out currently to bring players in before close of business on Wednesday - there's no suggestion of "we go with what we've got".

Given the activity levels, with a fair wind (ie nothing untoward) I'm expecting 4 in before close of business.
Really? Ok fair enough. The wait continues.

That's not how it works at all. You sign players you think would improve you as and when they become available not when you feel like 'tinkering about with the team'

We are desperate for a back - up striker to Lukaku, so that should have been made a priority, and I know there is a couple of days left, but such an important part of the squad should have been, as I say, our top priority.

Who do you have in mind? Hypothetically speaking if you were playing Football Manager and there was 2.5days left before the window closed.

EVERTON THAT

Anyone else think part of the problem getting people in has to do with us failing at getting rid of all the useless tosh we've got still showing up to Finch Farm?
If we are as loaded as we are supposed to be they could have offloaded some of the dross on loans and took a chunk of the wages. Praying we get rid of Niasse, McGeady and Cleverley before Wednesday.

'Big guns'

It's been said a million times already, we can't attract top players, funds are available but we are not an attractive project at the moment after finishing 11th in the last 2 seasons under el fraudo. It's up to Koeman and the squad to finish this season as high as possible, hopefully among European places. The profile of the club must be raised before it can attract top targets.

lets wait to thursday and see the outcome of that. if you are right (wich i doubt) we are dealing with the problem of stature. but we are getting there. make no mistake.

personally i think we will sign 3 or 4 players and one will be so called marquee ...and i base this assumption on absolutely nothing but my hunch
