The man's being a douche to try and get out of his Sunderland deal

Can we then agree that, should we sign Lamine Kone and he turns around and does exactly to us what he's currently doing to Sunderland, that we won't get angry at him for doing it and accept that we should have seen it coming?

No, he was PROMISED SOMETHING BY THE CLUB, then they didnt deliver, so they lied to him in order to convince him to sign in the first place. He just wants them to be true to what they promised, and when they didnt do that, he requested to go somewhere else, where he would have been if they didnt lie. It was then Moyes who decided he wouldnt practice with the team, not him. Sunderland isnt exactly coming up smelling like roses here.
