Brahimi is on his way to England

Author: Drafting

The Algerian Brahimi is far closer to leave Portugal and head to English football. According to the newspaper A Bola, Everton is in front of the race for the player, although Arsenal have not given up.

Brahimi has not been option for Nuno Espírito Santo and his departure seems a given. According to the same news, Everton is even willing to reach 30 million euros for the player. FC Porto have only half the cross from and is trying to take the business to EUR 40 million.

Brahimi arrived at FC Porto in 2014 and has been instrumental piece in the last two seasons. He scored 22 goals in 46 games. At 26, has a contract until 2019 and a termination clause of 60 million euros.

...airport and FF watch required, let's not forget to cover off the local Asdas particularly Huyton branch which seems a favourite stop off for newly arriving players.

Can only speak for myself but I do wish I was a little less grumpy and a bit more optimistic but unfortunately due to having seen no success at all in my 23 years, I find it hard with everton.

I hope we find the answers to our problems in the next 5 days, but I just don't see it. It's not looking a squabble with anyone, it's just my view. I think we should have done better and i hope we start doing better so much but I just don't really see it.

Lid, I have several years on you and can tell you this is what suppprting everton is all about. It won't change that much over the years. If it's that hard for you, why don't you just go and support a successful club? If everyone had that perspective, nobody would support the Doncasters and Huddersfield of the world.

Or maybe their fans are all just grumpy gets too...?

Yes him and his assistant manager have gone to the press multiple times on adding to the squad before the season started and after.

Let's not forget the backhanded slap to the Club on transfers taking to long and him having to sell the project because others are struggling.

You,'ve got too keep your pro club post quota up today so no breaks for you till lunch time

Stupid thought, but I always assumed that being pro-Club was the general idea of a football fan who follows aparticular club?

The Sporting CP inquiry about Oviedo is interesting. If we allowed him to leave we'd surely have to replace him after allowing Garbutt and Galloway to go out on loan.

Complete speculation but would love us to try to bring in Robbie Brady for the left wing back role.

We were linked with him a few weeks ago so not pure speculation!

Of all of the players we've been linked with this summer this is the one I'd be most excited by. I'm really hoping we go all out on this one if the reports of our interest are true.
Same. I had never heard of Perez or the Napoli striker until our interest was revealed. This guy would be a top class addition if we can persuade him to come here. I cannot see Arsenal going for him now the have signed Martinez.

To be fair mate, just a quick browse over your posting history would seem to suggest that you seem to get annoyed by positivity, so he may have a point to a degree

There's being critical and then there's being a grumpy gopher

Do you want to be a grump gopher mate?

Don't be a grumpy gopher

*Hug*

On the flip side, Bluetoff has blue tinted specs glued to his head,to the point it's cringeworthy, refuses to criticise anything the club ever does or doesn't and generally sits on the fence and tends to talk down to people. He is never wrong either.

We've accepted the mediocrity tho. We should be striving every day to get back to the top. Or else what is the point?
